Had a really rough day at work yesterday. Had to stay until 8:15pm (started at 8:30am) and am feeling very beat down today. All I want to do is stay in bed with the covers pulled up.
But I got my butt out of bed, got dressed, and promised myself I would stick with my Journal Practice and at least do something. So I journaled about my issues at work in the pink background areas. The journaling was very rough and emotional, as I figured it would be, so I used a marker that had a similar color to the pink background. This helps the words fade into the background. The journaling is meant to be a release for me but not to be read. It is more another layer.
